Alicia Fuller has been a member of the Army National Guard since 1992. She was selected to serve on Title 32 AGR and subsequently chosen to Title 10 AGR in 2009. She deployed to Afghanistan and several domestic emergency operations. She has held a variety of different assignments to include Unit Clerk, Enlisted Aide, Recruit Sustainment Program Battalion S-1 Officer, Army National Guard Record Brief Action Officer, Mobilization Officer, Warrant Officer Policy, Administrative Superintendent for the Chief, NGB, Senior Human Resources Technician, NGB, Human Resources Command, and Senior Warrant Officer Budget Officer, Chaplains Branch. Chief Fuller also serves as a SHARP Advocate and Master Resilience Trainer. She has bachelor’s degrees in Political Science from Norwich University, Business Management from Cazenovia College, and Psychology from Drexel University. She has a Masters in Strategic Intelligence and Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Studies from American Military University. She completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of the Rockies in February 2018, with her dissertation on Internet Addiction as it affects Military Leadership Capabilities.
